Mour runs on iOS, Android, and the web. You can sign up on any of them — the steps are the same.
1. Pick a platform
- iOS / Android: tap an app-store badge from the download page, or search "Mour" in the App Store or Google Play. The app is free to download.
- Web: open
https://app.mour.appin any modern browser. No download.
2. Sign up
Tap or click Sign up. You have two options:
- Email and password — fastest. Enter email, set a password. We send a verification email — confirm it to keep your account secure and make sure your notifications deliver reliably.
- Sign in with Google — uses your Google account. Email is verified automatically.
3. Onboarding (5 steps)
Mour walks you through five quick steps to get you to your first scheduled job:
- Business profile — your business name, optional phone, optional home-base address (used as the starting point for route optimization later).
- First service — what you do. "Lawn mowing," "Standard detail," "Full clean." You can skip this if you want.
- First client — one client with their address. The address is pinned on the map automatically so the map view and routing work.
- First job — schedule the service for the client on a date. You'll see it land in your inbox.
- Tour — quick walk-through of where everything lives. Skippable.
4. After onboarding
You land on the inbox — the home screen for your day-to-day. Today's jobs at the top, upcoming below, an "overdue" segment if any jobs are past their date.
Push notifications: on iOS / Android we ask for permission after onboarding completes. Allow them if you want job reminders, overdue-invoice alerts, and billing alerts to appear on your lock screen. The web app uses browser notifications where supported.
