Working hours & time-off
Tell the app when you're not available. New bookings respect it. Existing jobs stay put.
Set when you work, when you're off, and which days each client prefers, and Mour keeps new bookings inside those limits — whether you add a job by hand or a recurring one schedules itself.
Working hours
Set a default schedule per weekday — e.g. "Mon–Fri 7am to 5pm, Sat 8am to noon, Sun off." Per-day toggle plus open/close times. Holidays and one-off days off are handled via time-off periods.
You can also choose how jobs near closing time behave: have every job finish before you close, or let a job start before close and run past it. Pick whichever matches how you actually work.
Time-off
Block out a date range — vacation, training, kid's recital. New jobs can't be booked during the range. Jobs already on the calendar in that range stay put (see below).
Preferred days per client address
On the address detail, you can pin preferred days — "Karen prefers Tuesdays." Mour uses this when it books the next visit for a recurring job.
Changing your hours never moves booked jobs
When you change your working hours, time off, or preferred days, Mour leaves every job that's already on your calendar exactly where it is. Your new schedule applies only to:
- New job creation.
- Explicit reschedules you do from the job screen.
- The next visit Mour books for a recurring job after the current one completes.
If a booked job no longer fits your new hours, it waits in your Overdue list until you complete, reschedule, defer, or cancel it. You decide what happens next.
Your booked work stays put, so a client's appointment never moves without you knowing. You stay in control of every change.
How it works
- Set default working hours per weekday in Settings.
- Add time-off ranges for vacations, holidays, busy days.
- Pin preferred days on a client address so recurring visits land when they like.
- Every new booking is checked against your hours and time off, so nothing lands in a slot you can't work.
- Decide whether jobs must finish before you close, or can start before close and run past it.
- Changing your hours never moves jobs already on your calendar.
Good to know
- Changing your hours never moves jobs already on your calendar — you stay in control of every change.
- No per-service working hours — the rules apply to the whole account.
- No multi-zone scheduling — one schedule, one operator.
