Service upsell marketing

When a client takes one service but skips the companion services that pair with it, Mour can reach out and promote the rest — by email, SMS, or both. Professional only.

Most jobs leave money on the table. A client books a wash but skips the wax; a client books a tune-up but skips the deep clean that pairs with it. Service upsell marketing closes that gap for you: when a client takes a service that has companion services attached, Mour can promote the ones they didn't take — so the offer reaches them while it's still relevant.

It works from the services you already pair

You already know which of your services belong together — the add-ons and follow-ups that round out a job. Mour uses those pairings to spot what a client passed on, then turns it into a clean, ready-to-send message that promotes the missing services.

Automatic or on your terms

Flip on automatic mode and Mour reaches out on its own each time a client skips a companion service. Prefer to stay hands-on? Leave it off and use the Send now action whenever you spot the opportunity — the message is already drafted and waiting. You choose the channel: email, SMS, or both.

It won't pester clients about what they already have

Mour only promotes the services a client actually skipped. If they already booked the companion service, or had it done recently, it's left out of the offer — so the message always reads as a helpful suggestion, never a tone-deaf pitch for something they've already got.

Respectful by default

Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe, so a client who's not interested can step out in a single tap. Marketing SMS goes only to clients who gave you consent to text them, and STOP opt-outs are honored automatically — the same opt-out handling that protects your notification texts protects these.

How it works

  • Available on the Professional plan.
  • Mour spots the companion services a client skipped, based on the services you pair together.
  • Turn on automatic mode to reach out on its own, or leave it off and use Send now when you choose.
  • Pick the channel per message: email, SMS, or both.
  • A client who already booked or recently had the companion service is left out of the offer.
  • Every email has a one-click unsubscribe; marketing SMS goes only to clients who opted in and honors STOP.

Good to know
