Two plans, one price, and texts that aren't metered
Mour now has two plans instead of four, and the paid one costs less than either of the plans it replaces.
The new shape
- Hustler is the free plan. Same limits it always had — it's the plan you start on, and it's free forever with no card.
- Professional is $14.99/mo and includes everything: unlimited clients, services, jobs and photos, route optimization and the map, client text notifications, multiple addresses per client, offline mode on mobile, invoicing, and service prerequisites.
That's it. No middle plan to weigh up, no feature you have to upgrade twice to reach.
If you were already paying
The plan formerly called Hustler was $19.99/mo and the Professional plan was $34.99/mo. Everyone on a paid plan is now on the new Professional plan — with more features than the old Hustler plan had, at less than the old Professional price. You don't need to do anything.
The free plan was previously called Tryout. It's the same plan with a better name; your limits and features are unchanged.
Client texts are no longer metered
Text notifications used to come with a monthly allowance you could run out of, and top-up packs you could buy when you did. Both are gone. Client texts are simply part of Professional now — send what your jobs need, with no allowance to watch and nothing extra to buy.
Consent and opt-outs work exactly as before: texts only go to clients who opted in, and a client's STOP is isolated to your business.

Lower prices, and one simple billing cycle
Both paid plans got cheaper, and billing is now monthly across the board.
New prices
- Hustler is now $19.99/mo (was $27.99).
- Professional is now $34.99/mo (was $49.99).
- Tryout is still free forever, still no card.
Nothing about what each plan includes has changed — the caps and features are exactly the same. The current numbers always live on the pricing page.
One billing cycle: monthly
We've removed the annual option. It added a decision to make and a discount to explain, and every plan is cheap enough that the yearly maths never really mattered. Every paid plan is now billed monthly — on the web through Stripe, on iOS through the App Store, on Android through Google Play. Cancel anytime, same as before.
SMS top-up packs are unchanged.

A redesigned site and a searchable help center
We rebuilt mour.app from the ground up — a cleaner, calmer design, sharper writing, and a clearer picture of how the app actually works.
What's new:
- A redesigned marketing site. Every page was rebuilt on a new design system: stronger typography, more room to breathe, and consistent product visuals so you can see the Today list, the route map, job completion, and an invoice draft before you ever sign up.
- A searchable help center. The help center is now fully searchable — start typing and results appear instantly. Browse by topic or by trade.
- Trade playbooks. New step-by-step guides for the way each trade actually runs a day in Mour — lawn care, mobile detailing, cleaning, pest control, handyman, and locksmith — plus the solo-operator playbook that ties it all together.
- Honest, up-to-date copy. Every claim on the site is checked against what the app really does today — including being straight about what offline mode does and doesn't do yet.
Same Mour underneath: built for one truck, not a crew.

Change your mind? Just sign back in
Deleting your account now has a 30-day undo
When you delete your account, we keep it recoverable for 30 days before anything is permanently purged. To come back you don't email support or file a ticket — just sign in again with your email and password or with Google, any time within those 30 days, and your account and all its data return exactly as they were.
If your paid billing period had already lapsed while you were gone, you'll come back on the free Tryout plan and can resubscribe whenever you like. After 30 days the deletion is permanent and the email is freed for a fresh account.

Route optimization comes to Hustler
Hustler now includes route optimization and the map view
Route optimization — the suggested driving order with drive-time ETAs — and the map view used to be Professional-only. As of today they're included on Hustler too. If you run real routes, you no longer need the top plan to drive fewer miles.
SMS allotments
Monthly SMS notification allotments differ by plan — see the current numbers on the pricing page. Run out mid-month and you can buy a top-up pack from the billing screen (Hustler and up); credits stack on your monthly allotment and never expire.

Web signup, and tighter Tryout limits
Two changes landed today.
Sign up on mour.app
You can now create your account and pick a plan right here on mour.app/signup — no need to bounce over to the app first. Paid plans collect your card in the browser via Stripe (we never see the number); the free Tryout plan needs no card at all.
Tryout limits, set where they belong
We retuned the free Tryout plan to the limits it ships with today — see the current caps on the pricing page. It's enough room to run real work and decide whether Mour fits, without becoming a free-forever replacement for a paid plan. If you were already over a cap, your existing data stays put; you just can't add past the cap until you upgrade.

Sign up and subscribe on the web
Mour now works fully in the browser. You can sign up, onboard, and subscribe at app.mour.app — alongside the iOS and Android apps.
What's new for you
- Sign up on the web. Same form as the mobile apps — email and password, or continue with Google. No download required.
- Pay by card on the web. The web billing screen has a tier picker and SMS top-up purchases, with checkout handled by Stripe. Your card stays with Stripe; Mour never sees the number.
- One subscription, your platform of choice. You're locked to the platform where you first subscribed — Apple, Google, or Stripe — because subscriptions don't transfer between providers. The other-platform billing screens will show "Managed in App Store," "Managed in Google Play," or "Managed on the web" accordingly.
What stayed the same
- iOS and Android billing. The mobile apps continue to use Apple App Store and Google Play Billing exactly as before — that's an app-store rule, not a Mour choice.
- Pricing, tier limits, and SMS allotments. Same numbers across all three platforms.
- Marketing site at mour.app. This site is still card-free; account creation and payment happen at app.mour.app, the App Store, or Google Play.

Mour.app is live
The public website at mour.app is open. If you're here, you can already see what Mour does, how the three tiers compare, and what it's like for your trade.
What you'll find
- A pricing page with the three tiers — Tryout (free), Hustler, and Professional — and the exact monthly price for each.
- Feature deep-dives for scheduling, clients, jobs and photos, invoicing, route optimization, SMS and email notifications, offline mode, and working hours — each with a clear, honest look at how it works.
- Six trade-specific pages: lawn care, mobile detailing, cleaning, handyman, pest control, and locksmith. Same product, different examples.
- A 12-article help center covering everything from "creating your first job" to refunds, SMS top-ups, and account deletion.
- A blog with longer pieces on running a one-person field-service business, and an honest comparison with the larger tools in the category.
- This changelog, where every meaningful change ships with a dated note. And a status page that's a real status page, not a marketing prop.
Trust pages
Privacy, Terms, and Security are all available now — written in plain English, no legalese mystery boxes. The full list of third parties we share data with is on the privacy page — the whole table, no omissions.
