Customer reacquisition marketing
When a client is due for a repeat service and hasn't rebooked, Mour can nudge them to come back — by email, SMS, or both. Professional only.
Some of your best clients don't leave — they just drift. A lawn that should be cut every two weeks goes quiet; a detail client who used to come monthly stops booking. Customer reacquisition marketing catches that drift early: when a service's recommended repeat interval passes without a rebooking, Mour can reach out and invite the client back before they're gone for good.
Timed to each service's own rhythm
You set how often a service should repeat. Mour watches that interval per client, and when it lapses without a new booking, it flags the client as due for a nudge — a ready-to-send message inviting them to book again.
Automatic or on your terms
Turn on automatic mode and Mour sends the nudge on its own once a client goes overdue. Prefer to pick your moments? Leave it off and use the Send now action when you want — the message is already drafted. Choose the channel per send: email, SMS, or both.
It won't chase a client who's already on the books
If a future visit is already scheduled, Mour leaves that client alone — the whole point is to reach the ones who've gone quiet, not the ones you're about to see. So a booked client never gets a "come back" message that doesn't make sense.
Respectful by default
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe, so a client who'd rather not hear from you can step out in a single tap. Marketing SMS goes only to clients who gave you consent to text them, and STOP opt-outs are honored automatically — the same opt-out handling that protects your notification texts protects these.
