Mour — SMS program disclosure
Mour is field service management software for independent operators. Operators send SMS to their own service clients on their behalf via Twilio under Mour's A2P 10DLC registration (brand: Mour). Clients consent before their number is added; consent is recorded via a required in-app checkbox.
Messages are transactional service notifications (appointment, invoice, and job updates) plus occasional service reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
