If you've got more than two jobs in a day, the order matters. Route optimization picks a sensible sequence from a starting point through every stop, with estimated arrival times.
How to optimize
From the Today tab, tap Optimize Route (the button appears when you have two or more scheduled jobs and you're on Professional). Pick a starting point — first job's address, your current location, or your home base — and accept the suggested order. ETAs appear on each job card.
The map
The map view (Professional) shows your jobs as numbered pins in the optimized order, with the route drawn between them. Tap a pin to open the job. Tap Navigate on a stop to hand off to Apple Maps or Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions.
What "sensible" means
Mour orders your stops by real drive time, not just distance — a longer run on open road can beat a shorter crawl through stop-and-go streets, and Mour accounts for that. Jobs with a fixed appointment time stay put; the rest reorder around them. It's built for one operator and one vehicle, one day at a time.
Override anytime
If you want a different order — "Karen always first because she's expecting me at 9 sharp" — reorder the Today list by drag-and-drop. Your order sticks until you re-optimize.
How it works
- Set your home-base address in Business Profile (used as a starting-point option).
- On a day with 2+ jobs (Professional), tap Optimize Route in the Today tab.
- Pick a starting point and accept the suggested order.
- ETAs appear on each job card; the map view shows numbered pins and the route.
- Tap Navigate on a stop to hand off to your phone's maps app.
- Drag to reorder if you want to override the suggestion.
Good to know
- The free Hustler plan does not include route optimization or the map view.
- No multi-day optimization — one day at a time.
- Built for one operator and one vehicle — if you're routing a crew of drivers, Mour isn't the tool.
- For toll or highway preferences, set those in your nav app when you tap Navigate.
Plan:included on Professional and up.
