A client in Mour is a person or business you do work for. Each client has one or more addresses (more than one requires Professional).
Adding a client
From the inbox, tap the menu → Clients → the + button.
Required:
- Name — how you'll refer to them. "Karen Mendez" or "Mendez Property Group."
Optional:
- Phone — used for SMS notifications about appointments (Professional). When you add a phone number, you'll confirm you have the client's consent to text them (a required consent checkbox). Mour doesn't send the client a verification text.
- Email — used for invoice delivery (Professional) and email notifications (every tier).
Adding an address
After saving the client, tap + Add address. Every field is required: street, city, country, state/province, and ZIP/postal code.
Choose the country before the province — the province field stays locked ("Choose a country first") until you do:
- Country — type to filter the list, then pick yours.
- State/Province — once a country is set, this offers that country's own list, labelled the way that country labels it (Province in Canada, State in the US). For countries Mour doesn't keep a list for, type it in.
Mour pins the finished address on the map automatically so route optimization and the map view work. If it can't be located right away, Mour keeps trying in the background.
The address gets a "service list" you fill in next.
Pinning services + prices to an address
Tap an address, then + Add service. Pick from your services list (created during onboarding or in Settings → Services). Set the price for this client at this address.
Prices live on the address because the same service often costs different amounts at different properties — your client's main house and their rental across town can each have their own price for the same job.
Multiple addresses per client (Professional)
On the free Hustler plan, one address per client. On Professional, unlimited — useful for landlords, property managers, residential clients with multiple properties.
On the free plan
The free plan caps how many clients and services you can keep, with one address per client. When you reach a cap you'll see an upgrade prompt showing the next plan and what it unlocks. Current limits are on the pricing page.
Notes per client
Tap a client, scroll to Notes. Free-form text. Visible at the top of every job for that client. Use it for gate codes, dog warnings, "park on the street," delivery quirks.
