About Mour
Why Mour exists.
I built Mour for the person in the truck, not the person in the office. Here's what that means.
The story
Zen Akhtar, founder
Solo operator → software engineer → solo operator-software engineer. Ontario, Canada.
I built Mour because every "field service" tool I looked at felt like it was built for the people in the office, not the people in the truck. They had crew dashboards, dispatcher views, payroll integration, vehicle GPS tracking — all the things a five-person crew with a dispatcher needs. None of the things one person with a phone needs.
What I wanted
An app built for the seat of the truck.
An app that opens to the day's route. Lets me schedule the next visit in a few taps. Snaps a photo when I'm done. Sends a heads-up SMS to the client the morning of. Drafts an invoice the moment I mark a job complete. Doesn't try to teach me how to run my business.
A free plan I could use with real customers, not a 14-day countdown clock. Clear limits shown up front on the pricing page, with no asterisks. A pricing page that doesn't try to upsell me into a plan I don't need.
A bill that doesn't surprise me. A founder I can email. A status page that's real, not a marketing prop.
That's Mour.
What Mour isn't
Built for one person, on purpose.
Mour is for one operator running one truck. If you run a crew with a dispatcher, Jobber and ServiceTitan are excellent — Mour is the focused tool for the person doing the work.
No crew dispatch
No dispatcher board, no assigning work to a team. Mour plans one operator's day — one person, one truck.
No payroll
There's no payroll, time clock, or employee management. You're the only one on the route.
No GPS tracking
Mour never tracks your vehicle's live location. Route optimization just orders your stops to cut drive time.
Not a CRM
No sales pipeline, lead scoring, or marketing automation. It holds your clients and their jobs — that's it.
No in-app payment processing
Mour drafts the invoice; it never touches the money. You collect however you already do — Venmo, Zelle, cash, your own card reader.
Focused and fast
A tight set of tools built for the solo operator — every screen earns its place so the app stays quick in the field.
No countdown timers, no pressure pop-ups, no nagging email sequences. The free free Hustler plan is genuinely free to use for as long as you like — try Mour at your own pace and upgrade only when it earns it.
Support
Email, and a person on the other end.
There's no ticket system and no chatbot. There's an email address and a person who reads it. Usually a same-day reply; worst case a day or two if I'm out on the route.
There's already a searchable help center, and for anything it doesn't answer you can email the founder directly.

What you can expect
No tricks, on the record.
- A real changelog — every release, dated, honest about what changed.
- A real status page. When something breaks, you'll know.
- Plain pricing. No tricks.
- No surprise feature removals. If something is retired, you'll get notice and an alternative.
- No silent data harvesting. The privacy policy lists every third party we share data with — the whole table, no omissions.
A note on the name: Mour was previously called FOPR. Same one-person tool, same promises — just a name I'm happier saying out loud.
Built for one person. Maybe that's you.
If you're running a route, I'd love to hear what's wrong, what's missing, what's annoying. The product gets better when operators tell me.
