On every tier, you can attach photos to any job. They stay with the job for the long-term record.
When to add photos
You decide. Mour doesn't force a photo step. Common moments:
- Receipts when a customer disputes "did you actually do it."
- Before-and-after for paint correction, deep cleaning, pest treatment.
- Evidence of trouble — "saw mouse droppings here, recommend bait stations."
- Proof of completion when a tenant or landlord asks.
How to attach
Open the job (tap its card in the inbox). Scroll to the Photos section. Two buttons:
- Camera — opens your phone's camera to snap a new photo.
- Gallery — picks from your phone's photo library.
Add up to your per-job limit, with an optional note per photo. They appear in the Photos list immediately. Tap Complete when you're ready to mark the job done — photos are already attached.
You can also add photos after completion — open the job, tap Camera or Gallery, the new photos attach to the existing record.
Photos per job by plan
Each plan sets how many photos you can attach to a single job — from a handful on the free plan up to unlimited on Professional. The exact per-job limit for each plan is on the pricing page.
When you reach your cap on a single job, the Camera and Gallery buttons disable on that job. You can delete an existing photo to free up a slot, or upgrade for more per job. Other jobs start fresh at zero — the cap is per-job, not per-account.
Deleting photos
Tap a photo → remove. Confirmation, then it's gone.
When you delete a job, all its photos go with it.
Sharing with a client
Open the job, tap a photo, use your phone's native Share to save or send it.
